Ingredients
- ✓800g chicken breast (cut into chunks)
- ✓1 cup plain yogurt
- ✓2 tbsp lemon juice
- ✓2 tsp ground cumin
- ✓2 tsp garam masala
- ✓2 tsp paprika
- ✓1 tsp turmeric
- ✓3 tbsp butter
- ✓1 large onion (diced)
- ✓4 cloves garlic (minced)
- ✓2 tbsp ginger (minced)
- ✓2 tsp ground coriander
- ✓1 tsp chili powder
- ✓400g crushed tomatoes
- ✓1 cup heavy cream
- ✓Salt to taste
- ✓Fresh cilantro for garnish

Marinate chicken with yogurt, lemon juice, cumin, 1 tsp garam masala, paprika, and turmeric for at least 1 hour

Heat butter in a large pan and cook chicken until browned, set aside

In the same pan, sauté onion until golden

Add garlic, ginger, coriander, remaining garam masala, and chili powder, cook for 2 minutes

Add crushed tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes

Stir in heavy cream and return chicken to the pan

Simmer for 15-20 minutes until chicken is cooked through and sauce thickens

Season with salt and garnish with cilantro
